At Water eStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hydration solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, components, and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
